Terms of Service

These terms of service govern the use of NeuroPlume services

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the procedure for using the NeuroPlume platform (hereinafter referred to as "Service", "Platform") and regulate the relationship between the Service administration and users.

1.2. The NeuroPlume Service is an IT platform that provides tools for business process automation and integration with CRM systems.

1.3. By using the Service, the User expresses their full agreement with these Terms without any reservations or limitations.

1.4. If the User disagrees with any provisions of these Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Definitions

2.1. Administration — persons managing the Service, acting on behalf of NeuroPlume.

2.2. User — a person using the NeuroPlume Service.

2.3. Content — any information posted by the User in the Service (texts, images, files, data).

2.4. Account — User's account in the Service containing personal information and settings.

3. Subject of Agreement

3.1. The Administration grants the User the right to use the NeuroPlume Service in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. The Service is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) through a web interface.

3.3. Service functionality may include: integration with CRM systems, business process automation, analytical tools, and other capabilities.

4. Registration and Account

4.1. To access the extended functionality of the Service, the User must complete the registration procedure.

4.2. During registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about themselves.

4.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account data and all activities conducted on their behalf.

4.4. The User must immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorized access to their account.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with its functional purpose
  • Receive technical support within the selected tariff plan
  • Contact the Administration with questions related to the Service operation

5.2. The User is obligated to:

  • Comply with these Terms of Service
  • Not disrupt the Service functionality
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Timely pay for used services according to the selected tariff
  • Ensure the security of their account credentials

6. Usage Restrictions

6.1. When using the Service, the User is prohibited from:

  • Uploading, storing, publishing, distributing content that violates third party rights
  • Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Service systems
  • Using automated means to collect information from the Service without permission
  • Creating false accounts or impersonating another person
  • Disrupting the stability and security of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All exclusive rights to the Service and its individual elements belong to the Administration or rights holders.

7.2. The User retains rights to the content they post but grants the Administration a license to use it within the Service functionality.

7.3. Use of Service elements without permission from rights holders is prohibited.

8. Privacy

8.1. Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.2. The Administration undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of User data and apply necessary protection measures.

8.3. The Administration does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by law.

9. Liability of Parties

9.1. The Administration is not liable for:

  • Temporary cessation of Service operation due to maintenance work
  • Data loss resulting from technical failures, provided reasonable measures to prevent them were taken
  • Actions of third parties that disrupt Service operation
  • Consequences of Service use by the User in violation of these Terms

9.2. The User bears full responsibility for the content they post and the consequences of its use.

9.3. In case of violation of these Terms, the User compensates the Administration for damages incurred.

10. Terms Modification

10.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms unilaterally.

10.2. Notification of changes is posted on the Service website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

10.3. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means the User agrees to the new terms.

11. Termination of Use

11.1. The User may terminate use of the Service at any time by deleting their account.

11.2. The Administration may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms.

11.3. Upon termination of Service use, User data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Pricing and Payment

12.1. Choosing a Plan

  • Available pricing plans and their costs are listed in your dashboard under 'Pricing'.
  • Upon registration, you automatically receive a free plan with basic features.
  • To upgrade to a paid plan, select the appropriate plan in your dashboard.

12.2. How Payment Works

  • Payment is made via invoices in your region's currency (rubles, dollars, euros, dirhams).
  • You will receive your first invoice when upgrading to a paid plan.
  • Subsequent invoices are sent 10 days before the end of your paid period.
  • Invoices are sent to the email address provided during registration.

12.3. Payment Terms

  • The payment deadline is specified in each invoice.
  • We will remind you about payment 5 days and 1 day before the deadline.
  • After payment, your new period starts from the payment date — you get a full month.
  • If payment is received after the previous period ended, the new period still starts from the payment date.

13. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

13.1. Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed every month.

13.2. To cancel auto-renewal, switch to the free plan before the end of your current period.

13.3. Free subscriptions are also automatically renewed without invoicing.

14. Consequences of Late Payment

14.1. Access Suspension

  • If the invoice is not paid on time, processing of new calls is suspended.
  • Existing analytics and call history remain available for viewing.

14.2. Access Restoration

  • To resume service, simply pay the invoice.
  • Access is automatically restored within 15 minutes after payment is received.

14.3. Data Retention

  • When your subscription is suspended, your data is retained for 1 year.
  • After one year, data may be deleted.
  • For early deletion of data, send a request to [email protected].

15. Exceeding Minute Limits

15.1. Each plan includes a specific number of minutes per month.

15.2. Exceeding the limit results in additional minutes being charged separately.

15.3. The cost of additional minutes is specified in the plan description.

15.4. Overage charges are included in the next period's invoice.

16. Changing Plans

16.1. Upgrading to a More Expensive Plan

  • You can upgrade immediately or from the start of the next period.
  • With immediate upgrade, unused minutes from your current plan do not carry over.
  • A new invoice is issued immediately.

16.2. Downgrading to a Cheaper Plan

  • Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
  • Until then, you continue to use your current plan in full.

16.3. Subscription Cancellation

  • To cancel, switch to the free plan.
  • Paid access will remain until the end of your paid period.
  • Refunds for unused periods — see Refund Policy.

17. Service Availability (SLA)

17.1. We guarantee service availability of at least 98% of the time per month.

17.2. Scheduled maintenance is performed during nighttime hours.

17.3. We provide at least 24 hours notice for scheduled maintenance.

17.4. Unscheduled downtime is compensated by extending your subscription.

18. License to Use

18.1. You receive the right to use the service for your organization's call analytics.

18.2. This is a non-exclusive license — we may provide the service to other users.

18.3. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

18.4. Use is permitted through the service web interface and via API (if API access is included in your plan).

18.5. API usage is governed by additional terms described in the API documentation.

18.6. The agreement is concluded electronically without signing paper documents in accordance with Article 1286(5) of the Russian Civil Code.

19. Acceptance of Terms

19.1. Registration or use of the service constitutes full agreement with these terms.

19.2. The agreement is concluded by performing conclusive actions (acceptance of the offer).

19.3. The User confirms that they have read all documents posted on the website.

20. Final Provisions

20.1. The laws of the Russian Federation apply to the relationship between the Administration and the User.

20.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement cannot be reached — through legal proceedings.

20.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

20.4. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Service.
